Participants
A participant (or racer) is an individual taking part in a race.
Introduction
A participant is linked to a race. They have a status that affects their results. Four possible statuses are available: Default, DNS, DNF, and DSQ.

Note: Our system doesn't enforce uniqueness, so be careful not to assign duplicate bib numbers.
The unique identifier number of the racer. The behavior of measurements varies based on how they are added:
- When added by an administrator, the measurement will be applied to the specific racer
- When added by a manual sensor, the measurement will be applied to all racers with the matching bib number
Name
The name of the racer.
Race
The race in which the racer is participating.
Status
Note: The status is set to Default by default.
- Default: The racer has no issues
- DNS (Did Not Start): The racer did not take part in the race
- DNF (Did Not Finish): The racer quit the race voluntarily or for medical reasons
- DSQ (Disqualified): The racer was excluded from the race by the organization
