Cookbook for Inline Race Event in Saturn

Note: Saturn doesn't use categories yet, so we focus only on Elite categories to adapt the race.

This cookbook is based on a real event: Morat - Fribourg.

The event runs for 2 days, Saturday and Sunday of a weekend. For the 2024 edition: October 5-6, 2024 in Fribourg CH (UTC+2 for this date, UTC+1 + winter offset)

It is composed of many races. For this tutorial, we will focus on 3 of them: "Mini Morat-Fribourg", "Courtepin Fribourg", and "Morat-Fribourg".
